About the job Marketing Support Executive (CRM) - NPI, Chemicals business

Key Role and Responsibilities

Build up CRM long term strategic plan and create brand experience, engagement program with key message alignment to achieve the agreed communication strategy and business goal

Create and implement CRM events and activities to support business goal aligned with marketing theme and strategy

Maintain customer relations of acquired customers

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or any related field.

Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies

Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550 or higher)

Experience in CRM, Events

Having basic understanding of consumer behavior and marketing concept

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Strong service mind, negotiation, excellent communication and event organization skills

Proficient to manage data to enhance customer relationship

Ability to work independently as well as within multi-functional teams and external stakeholders

Be able to work during weekend and outside Bangkok e.g. weekend event in upcountry
