Description
เนื้องานโดยย่อ:
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Develop service and solution of Ceiling and Wall business (C&W) that helps installation process including time reduction, speed improvement, etc. which will create value for the products.
- Analyze VOC/observation from the market field and collected data to improve C&W products especially installation process and customer satisfaction.
- Create new sale channels for service solutions including retail biz, O2O, partner, etc.
- Manage sale channels and plug-in ecosystem in the online and offline channels.
- Participate in marketing events and coordinate with sales team including retail biz, O2O, and partner.
- Follow and summarize the result of marketing events.
- Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders of C&W business.
- Participate with sales team to develop sales system and readiness of the service solution products.
- Develop tools that help promote sales volume, for example, 3D design, QC monitoring, claim, etc.
- Analyze sales volume, price, profit, and product management to find opportunities to scale up the business.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and also manage strategies of C&W business.
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field.
- Achieved minimum GPA of 2.70 for Bachelor's degree and 3.30 for Master's degree.
- TOEIC at least 550/IELTS at least 4.0/TOEFL at least 31/BULATS at least 40.
- At least 2 years of experience in the marketing or sales field.
- Be able to travel in provinces occasionally.
- Service-minded and excellent communication skills.
