หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Review legal documents for filing intellectual property (IP) applications relating to patents, trademarks and/or designs, and manages copyright-related matters
- Conduct research and prepares documents for IP legal-related matters
- Review legal transactions and handling legal correspondence to ensure that deadlines and timelines are adhered to compliance with legal and organizational procedures
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate
- Understand and can use Patent search/publications tools e.g. Design, Petty Patent, Invention, as applied)
- Understand and can explain, revise, and recommend IP Procedures e.g. Invention disclosure workflow/publication workflow
- Understand IP process & activities and able to integrate with work processes to drive innovation, including new product and technology development
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly ability to think spontaneously.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
