เนื้องานโดยย่อ:
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- ทำความเข้าใจตลาด ประเมินความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ออกแบบ เขียนแบบภายในและสามารถก่อสร้างได้จริง
- นำเสนองานให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจงานการออกแบบ และปิดการขายโครงการ
- แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ กับผู้เกี่ยวข้องที่อาจเกิดขึ้นระหว่างการดำเนินโครงการ
- รับงานขั้นต่ำ 150 ตร.ม. ต่อเดือน หากขายงานได้มีค่าคอมมิชชั่น
คุณสมบัติ:
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาสถาปัตยกรรม / ตกแต่งภายใน / วิศวกรรมหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ยินดีพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Render และ MS Office ได้
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ เข้าถึงความต้องการของลูกค้า
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน 2-3 ปี จะพิจาณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์
- สถานที่ทำงานกทม.และปริมณฑล
