เนื้องานโดยย่อ:
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Identify good data structure of product for each category and work with other teams to make sure that NocNoc system supports such structure
- Identify standard of quality information of products in each category
- Design, develop and improve process to maximize number of products that meet NocNoc's standard of quality information
- Design, develop and improve process to maximize number of strategic products that meet NocNoc's standard of quality information
- Develop and provide trainings for sellers to provide good product information for NocNoc
- Measure performance and effectiveness of team members
- Generate reports about the result to related teams
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, BBA, MBA
- 3-5 years of working experienced
- Programming (nice to have - identify bug in the system), Accounting (nice to have), Logistics (nice to have)
- Systematic Thinking and Analysis - to improve process
- Leadership - to lead team members
- Convinicing Skill - to convince sellers to invest more time for NocNoc
- Self-motivation - to drive team to success
