เนื้องานโดยย่อ:
The mission for this role is to build NocNoc's people work happily with their full potential as one team to achieve NocNoc's vision.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Translate the business strategy, and our vision and values into a People Strategy, encompassing attraction, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, rewarding, retention, cultural development and talent development.
- Oversee People Team, provide a framework, and support leadership team in the development, achievement and evaluation of their business through people management strategies and objectives.
- Ensuring the high visibility, focus and delivery of the People and Culture activity.
- Working with, and through the Leadership Team, lead the development of our culture across the organization to enable us to achieve the aims of our business plan.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve company People Management System.
- Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of a business focused organizational development (including Learning & Development).
- Develop appropriate People measures across the organization which enable the leadership team to monitor the impact of our People strategies and where attention may need to be focused at a strategic level in order to best support delivery of our mission and vision.
- Prepare, review and monitor workforce financial budgets and authority levels and ensure that they are followed.

- Proven experiences at a senior level of leading and inspiring a successful People team in a start-up company or high level growth organization.
- Strategic understanding, and operational delivery, of people agendas and best practices.
- Significant experience of leading organizations, senior managers and teams through organizational change driving a performance culture and developing high performing leaders, employees and teams.
- Confident and effective communication and engagement.
- High levels of commitment to the achievement of‐business objectives.
- A strategic and innovative thinker who is able to translate strategy into operational and project plans into a highly engaging and robust people strategy.
- A role model of collaborative working, valuing and developing employees.
- Resilient, determined to positively overcome barriers.
- Strong Negotiation, Interpersonal skill and commination skill.
- Good ability to manage the team.
- Exceptional speaking and written communication skills in English.
