Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ภายในและภายนอกองค์กร ตลอดจนหน่วยงานราชการต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัท
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการขออนุญาต ดำเนินงานขอใบอนุญาต และงานอื่น ๆ ที่ต้องติดต่อกับหน่วยงานราชการ
- ศึกษา ติดตาม ระเบียบ ประกาศ หรือ กฎหมายต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัท
- ให้คำปรึกษา เสนอแนะการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานภายในองค์กรให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขใบอนุญาต หรือที่กฎหมายกำหนด
- วางระบบแผนการทำงาน จัดทำข้อมูลสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน เพื่อใช้ในการ Monitor ร่วมกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications:
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขา นิติศาสตร์, รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (G.P.A. > 2.70)
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ (TOEIC > 550)
- ประสบการณ์ 0-2 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- มีทักษะด้านการพูด การติดต่อสื่อสาร เจรจาต่อรอง สามารถประสานงานกับบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- ชอบความท้าทายสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- เข้าใจการดำเนินธุรกิจ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมระหว่างภายในหน่วยงานและภายนอกหน่วยงาน เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัทได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความสามารถในการถ่ายทอด อธิบาย เสนอแนะ การดำเนินธุรกิจภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของกฎหมายแก่หน่วยงานภายในองค์กรได้ดี
