Job Description
- ดูแลการต้อนรับ ให้ข้อมูล และอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ลูกค้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการที่ร้าน รวมถึงการติดต่อผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ พร้อมทั้งให้คำแนะนำและส่งต่อลูกค้าตามความต้องการอย่างเหมาะสม
- แนะนำและจำหน่ายสินค้าและบริการ รวมถึงให้บริการหลังการขายแก่ลูกค้าทั้งช่องทาง Offline และ Online
- รับผิดชอบงานติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัท เพื่อสนับสนุนการให้บริการลูกค้า
- สามารถรับมือและจัดการกับลูกค้าในสถานการณ์ที่แตกต่างกัน รวมถึงกรณีลูกค้าร้องเรียนหรือมีข้อร้องเรียน
- ดำเนินการรับจอง ประสานงาน จัดเตรียม และอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้ขอเข้าเยี่ยมชมงาน ทั้งลูกค้าชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติ
- สรุปและจัดทำรายงานข้อมูลลูกค้า รวมถึงข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการ
- มีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualification
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด การจัดการ อักษรศาสตร์ มนุษยศาสตร์ ศิลปศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ด้วยเกรดเฉลี่ยไม่ต่ำกว่า 2.50
- มีทักษะในงานขายและการบริการ มีความอดทน สามารถรับแรงกดดันจากลูกค้าได้
- มีบุคลิกภาพดี มีความมั่นใจในการสื่อสาร กล้าแสดงออก มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
