Corporate Governance Secretary
atSCG- ศึกษาและจัดทำนโยบาย/ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับบรรษัทภิบาลของเอสซีจี
- ดูแลปฏิบัติงานและการจัดทำรายงาน/รายงานประจำปี/ข้อมูลของบริษัทให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายหลักการ หรือกฎเกณฑ์ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ส่งเสริมและดูแลกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวกับจรรยาบรรณเอสซีจีและกิจกรรมสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ถือหุ้น
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา กฎหมาย หรือ อักษรศาสตร์
- เกรดเฉลี่ยไม่ต่ำกว่า 2.70 ขึ้นไป
- มีคะแนน TOEIC มากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 700 ขึ้นไป
- หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับบรรษัทภิบาลจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ชอบการประสานงานกับผู้อื่นและรักการบริการ (Service mind)
- เป็นผู้มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถจับใจความ วิเคราะห์ และสรุปประเด็นได้ดี
- มีความอดทนและทำงานภายในเวลาที่จำกัดได้
- ชอบศึกษาค้นคว้าข้อมูลใหม่ๆ ไม่ว่าจะทางอินเตอร์เน็ตหรือแหล่งข่าวสารอื่นๆ
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก (Positive Thinking)
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และกล้าริเริ่มทำสิ่งใหม่ๆ
