หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Keep informed of relevant legal developments as they occur and analyzing their applicability to the company's activities and objectives.
- Review company policies and practices on a regular basis to ensure that all are in compliance.
- Strategizes / develops and implement compliance program for overseas operation of SCG.
- Drives compliance risk management.
- Lead compliance monitoring and testing activities.
- Coordinates and conducts compliance-related training/workshop.
- Develop and implement mechanisms for detecting, reporting and correcting violations so as to ensure minimal impact and optimal correction.
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's or Higher degree in Law.
- 3-5 years lawyer experience in compliance related works.
- Strong knowledge in compliance management system (CMS) concept.
- Having overseas practice and experience is a plus.
- Have knowledge and understanding about corporate governance principles and best practices.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
- The ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly ability to think spontaneously.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
