เนื้องานโดยย่อ:
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Analyze of related business operation efficiency trends, costs, and the E2E supply chain work processes.
- Identifies opportunities to reduce business waste, streamline processes, and improve operations through continuous improvement and standardization.
- Suggest short and long term strategic planning of the supply chain operations to ensure all facility and organization goals and objectives are achieved, which enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency for each of the operations departments.
- Provides a business operation team with recommendations for system enhancements or process improvements based on return on investment and financial analysis.
- Ensures that all action items are tracked and completed. Responsible for timely and comprehensive communication with appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure business operation meet or exceeds the assigned KPI in the areas of safety, shortage, cost control, quality, processing standards, flexibility, reliability, and customer excellent services.
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher majoring in Supply Chain Management (preferred), Logistics, MBA, or related.
- Required at least 6 years of operation experience in the field of Supply chain, Logistics, and/or Business Operation in FMCG, Retail or E-commerce Consumer products.
- Strong service orientation; works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team.
- Creative problem solving and innovative approaches to complex problems.
- Must possess exceptional leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions and manage several processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Computer skills: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access)
- Good presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills.
