รายละเอียด :
- Plan, manage and formulate strategy to align with company strategy.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance the business growth.
- Exploring & Identifying a market for merging and acquisition and new project development opportunities
- Conducting the Business model, Feasibility analysis & Financial model on any new opportunity (New Project, M&A and JV).
- Assisting the team on overall project development activities, strategy, planning in a wider perspective.
- Assisting the team on project negotiation and partnership with an external party including Government, Business Partner, Shareholder, Contractor, Consultant to achieve the purpose and ensure project development smoothly.
- Formulate the company strategy plan (MTP & AP) .
- Create and review feasibility study and risk management.
- Conduct budget approval .
- Execute M&A activities to enhance the business growth.
คุณสมบัติ:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering , Science or a related fields.
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies.
- Have 9 years of working experience in corporate strategy, new business, New Project or Market Development, M&A and JV.
- Strong analytical skills & strategic thinking, communication and presentation , negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to work in Bangkok, Upcountry and Asean countries.
