Job Description:
- เก็บรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงธุรกิจ ตลาด คู่แข่งขัน และข้อมูลด้านอื่น ๆ ที่สำคัญในเชิงธุรกิจ เพื่อนำมาใช้ในการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ของหน่วยงานทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาวเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหารระดับสูง
- การจัดทำรายงาน/แผนงาน (DM, PM) หรือรายงานอื่น ๆ ร่วมกับหน่วยงานบัญชีและการเงิน เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงิน และความเป็นไปได้ทางธุรกิจอย่างละเอียด ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน รวมถึงเสนอแนะแนวทางในการแก้ไขเพื่อให้ธุรกิจบรรลุแผนที่วางไว้
- การประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอก เพื่อให้ผลการดำเนินงานของทุกฝ่ายเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ศึกษาและร่วมพัฒนาและผลักดัน Project ต่าง ๆ ให้ได้มาซึ่งแนวทางใหม่ๆเพื่อลดขั้นตอนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานสำหรับงาน Interior Design
- งานบริหารและวางแผนการจัดการทรัพยากรให้เหมาะสม เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานทุกคนเป็นไปตามนโยบายและแผนงานที่กำหนด
Qualification:
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ สาขาการเงิน การบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี ในด้านการวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจ ด้านการขาย หรือด้านการเงิน
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อสื่อสารในการทำงานได้ (TOEIC > 550)
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้เครื่องมือต่าง ๆ เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล จัดทำรายงานและนำเสนองาน เช่น Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, AI Tools และระบบอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความยืดหยุ่นและปรับตัวได้ดีในสภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว
