Business Strategy Specialist

- Develop and drive new business growth strategies through ecosystem and stakeholder platform
- Identify and co-create new business opportunities with strategic stakeholders across property, merchant, and logistics sectors.
- Design business models and partnership structures that enable mutual and sustainable growth (Win–Win Growth).
- Build and manage long-term strategic alliances with both internal and external stakeholders .
- Accelerate ecosystem development to unlock network effects and competitive advantages.
- Convert market and partner insights into new products, solutions, and revenue streams.
- Orchestrate and integrate collaboration across group companies through digital technologies to enhance efficiency and overall competitive strength.
- Align and synchronize Business, Product, Technology, and Partner teams with structured governance.
- Manage competitive risks and prevent stakeholder attrition
- Drive new business initiatives to achieve real commercial outcomes with sustainable growth.
- Define OKRs and performance metrics for New Business and ecosystem success.
- Enable synergy and value creation across internal group entities and external partners.
- Communicate the New Business vision clearly to internal teams and partners for unified execution.
Serve as a strategic connector and corporate representative in presenting new business initiatives to executives and key strategic stakeholders.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 5+ years of experience in high-growth Business Development or Partner Success, with a proven track record of scaling ecosystem KPIs (e.g., TVL, MAU, or Developer Count).
- Relationship Excellence: Expert at sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-impact partnerships with technical founders and enterprise stakeholders.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of platform architecture (APIs, SDKs, or Smart Contracts) to bridge the gap between product teams and external builders.
- Program Management: Proven ability to design and lead grant programs, hackathons, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies that incentivize long-term retention.
- Analytical Rigor: Data-driven mindset used to track ecosystem health, optimize incentive structures, and report ROI to executive leadership.
