เนื้องานโดยย่อ:
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Engage client to gather software requirements/ business rules, and ensure alignment with development teams.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/ process diagrams, data flow/ data model diagrams.
- Define project requirements, Identify project milestones.
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
- Help design, document and maintain system processes.
- Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
คุณสมบัติ:
- Strong communication/ interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skill.
- Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand business.
- Experience in application development is an advantage.
- Business knowledge is an advantage.
- Understand IT and Digital industry (espectially end user level).
