เนื้องานโดยย่อ:
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Preparing , Collecting the report and documentation
- Budget & Expense management such as preparing and monitor the Budget , clearing invoice and expense
- Travel management such as Ticket / accommodation booking , Visa
- Meeting management such as scheduling , meeting document , invitation meeting
- Maintain and monitor P&I system such as SharePoint
- Administrative support such as stationary , mailing
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Having experience in Admin job / reporting is prefer
- Good Transactional management and reporting
- Good Communications skill for communication with internal / External
- Good English langue for Writing , Reading , Listening
- Good Service mind
