เนื้องานโดยย่อ:
- Analyze and link business / people issues and trends
- Deliver HR consultation and solution of HR core system and process as business enabler for line manager and business; from setting up to operation phase
- Ensure aligned and integrated people strategy and HR management, policies and processes
- Implement effective execution of HR policies and systems, through employee life cycle, for business and comply with legislation and regulatory requirements
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Analyze and link business / people issues and trends

- Ensure aligned and integrated people strategy and HR management, policies and processes
- Implement effective execution of HR policies and systems, through employee life cycle, for business and comply with legislation and regulatory requirements
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in related field
- 5 years experiences in HR and/or organization development preferably in an international environment, company with diversified businesses and/or consulting firm
- Clear end-to-end understanding of HR processes, policies and case management
- Hands-on experience or interested in setting up new business, M&A and/or transformation
- Good business partnering with people analytical and solution foresight skill
- Comfortable working in ambiguous business situation
- Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion and creative problem-solving skill
- Solid in developing solutions base on facts/data
