Customer Operations Executive
atThe Lorry Co., Ltd.This is the face and voice of TheLorry to vendors and customers! In this position, you will join the highly energetic and passionate options team, manage strong relationships with our valued people, maintain efficient internal processes and provide assistance in all matters of customer support!
- Serve as "the bridge" between vendors and customers
- Handle enquiries and maintain relationships
- Monitor individual progress to keep track of pending and completed tasks
- Plan own daily/weekly tasks
- Provide excellent and outstanding services to users via email, live chat, phone and social media
- Work as a team together with also Vendor Relations team to share workload, if required
- Fluency in Thai and good command of English
- year of working experience — B2B sales support, customer service or project coordinator is preferred
- Experience working in a fast paced start-up environment or logistic/relocation industry
- High level of emotional intelligence and social skills to quickly understand concerns
- Able to work in shifts
- Dedication to consistency and accuracy
