We are seeking an Operations Administrator to join our growing team. You will be an active member of the consultant team by performing a diverse set of administrative duties of different projects of the nation's key clients.

• Managing calendars of our operation staff (Human resource planning) and evaluating their performance relating to their compensation scheme.
• Designing the mechanism to help boost the staffs' performance.
• Working with the suppliers to facilitate the learning session materials.
• Help the team member to facilitate the document management process as well as produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints to ensure backup coverage.

• University degree preferred.
• 1+ years administrative assistant experience in a corporate or professional environment is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactiveness and very attentive to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight timeline.
