Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow and liquidity requirements.

• Handle overseas transactions, including Letters of Credit (L/C) and Bills for Collection.

• Manage credit facilities such as promissory notes, packing credit, and other financing instruments.

• Coordinate and administer intercompany loan transactions.

• Prepare daily and monthly treasury reports and cash flow analyses.

• Execute foreign exchange (FX) transactions and monitor currency risk exposure.

• Coordinate shareholder dividend payments and overseas fund transfers.

• Liaise with financial institutions and ensure timely submission of treasury-related documentation.

• Support treasury projects and other assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance.

• Knowledge of cash flow management, funding, FX transactions, and banking operations.

• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
