- Education requirement - Diploma/Degree and above
- Proficiency in English and Thai is required.
- 2 years experience managing account management project as a TL of a BPO company.
- Knowledge of basic KPIs and advance KPIs
- Ability to work across shifts and also support the team training and quality.
Job Description
- To manage a team of associates, doing account management.
- Manage both internal & client side KPIs
- Responsible for team performance management and hygiene
- Experience in account management, growth projects in a 24/7 account is a plus.
