Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated People Support Specialist to join our team based in Bangkok, Thailand. As the first point of contact for employees, you will provide high-quality support, guiding them through Visa & BOI, company policies, benefits, payroll, and HR systems.

The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of expatriate management, specifically focusing on Visa and Work Permit compliance under BOI regulations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for foreign employees, ensuring a seamless relocation and onboarding process while managing statutory requirements including Tax and Social Security (SSO) registrations.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
    • Proven experience in HR, specifically in Visa & Work Permit functions.
    • Strong knowledge of BOI (Single Window) regulations and Thai Immigration laws.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive personal data.
    • Fresh graduate is most welcome.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Visa & Work Permit Management:
    • End-to-end processing of Non-B Visas and Work Permits for foreign employees.
    • Expertly navigate the BOI Single Window system for online applications, extensions, and cancellations.
    • Monitor expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal processes to ensure 100% legal compliance.
    • Coordinate with the Board of Investment (BOI), Department of Employment, and the Immigration Bureau.

    • Employee Coordination & Documentation:
    • Act as the main liaison for employees to collect, verify, and prepare all necessary legal documentation for visa imports and extensions.
    • Provide clear guidance to expatriates regarding Thai labor laws and immigration requirements.

    Statutory Registrations:
    • Facilitate the application of Thai Tax IDs for new foreign joiners.
    • Manage Social Security Office (SSO) registrations and updates for the workforce.
    • Coordinate with the Revenue Department to retrieve and organize P.N.D. (Personal Income Tax) documents and related tax filings.

    Benefits & Administrative Support:
    • Administer the company’s Insurance Claims process, ensuring employee queries are handled efficiently and documentation is submitted to providers accurately.
    • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all employee legal documents to ensure audit readiness.
