Production Supervisor (Saraburi Plant)
atSuntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand)- Supervise all production activities in the packaging line towards the achievement of the objective in producing continuously the required volume of full goods, effectively and at optimum cost and with meet quality standards and KPI target.
- Collaborate with engineering group to ensure all equipment and machine components in the packaging line are in good operating condition and addresses the problems encountered with regards to their performance correctly.
- Monitor daily production volume data to Production Head through the staff engineer, finance and other concerned sections, which includes line efficiency, raw material consumption, machine/equipment problem and corrective action plan.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance group with regards to quality monitoring results and coordinates in maintaining established standards of quality for all manufactured products.
- Implement in all activities in achieving goals and quality programs regarding Quality Foods Safety, Material management, Environment Health & Safety standards, ISO and Plant requirements.
- Build team leading experience that demonstrate effective planning skills an ability to manage and develop people.
