Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Engagement and other Projects

• Partner with Talent Manager, P&CBP to initiate, lead, facilitate and deliver Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Community Engagement, Employee Engagement, Internal Communication, Internal Branding (EVP) and Employee Townhall programs / activities.
• Assist P&CBP on engagement activities by working with Welfare Committee to develop engagement plan/calendar, engagement communication and execution planning.
• Ensure and customize effective communication channels to reach out and drive high engagement level across different group of employees, diverse generation, lifestyle at a right frequency, timing, with customized approach.
• Support P&CBP and PEP on assigned projects for Rayong plant.

Employee Data Management and Projects

• Be the first point-of-contact regarding all employee queries and perform transactions in HR systems.
• Support all HRIS activities for Rayong plant (hiring to termination) and deliver the service as per agreed KPIs.
• Support P&CBP and PE Lead in employee demographic reports for Rayong plant
• Supports ad hoc projects and activities related to HR department such as PNAT recruitment, HR Digitalization Project

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• At least 4 years’ experience in managing engagement activities, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Good commands of English
• Sounded understanding HR fundamentals is a plus
