My experience with the company was a mix of strong teamwork and noticeable structural inconsistencies. The working environment within the immediate team was professional, collaborative, and supportive. Leadership at the team level demonstrated clarity, fairness, and a strong sense of responsibility, which created a stable and productive atmosphere. There is, however, a noticeable gap between high-level regional policy design and day-to-day local execution. While the organisation's overarching rules are solid, local support functions occasionally rely on traditional habits or subjective interpretations rather than strictly adhering to the established rulebook. Overall, the experience provided valuable insight into how a large financial institution operates—highlighting both the strengths of the team culture and the areas where the organisation could benefit from greater alignment and consistency.
