Job Description:

• Develop strategic plan and tactics to strengthen business
• Identify new opportunity or source of business for future growth
• Conduct market analysis, consumer trend, and competitor analysis
• Manage brand and product portfolio
• Plan, manage, monitor and control marketing budget, P&L for each portfolio
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
• Build strategic relationships and partner with customers, KOL, agencies and vendors
• Lead, coach, and motivate marketing team to achieve desired outcome effectively
• Evaluate report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals and provide feedback for the team

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields
• At least 10 years experience from Cosmetics or FMCG company and at least 3 years in management
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
• Creative, energetic, result driven, easily to adapt with changes, and good interpersonal skill
