Accurately prepare and present detailed plans and working drawings, including applications, construction details and specifications for the project using computer-aided design (CAD) packages or similar design software.


• Conduct preliminary studies of the site including contours, soil, ecology, buildings, roads.

• Ability to assess and survey a site's potential to meet the client's specifications.

• Carry-out environmental impact assessments. Including seeking-out and taking into account the views of local residents, potential users, and parties with a vested interest in the project.
• Liaising with other professionals on the project. Keeping open lines of communication will all parties involved in the design and its implementation.

• Monitor work on-site, landscape managers may do this type of supervisory work.

• Bachelor's degree on Architecture or related field
• 2 years experience or above
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Sketch-up. Strong verbal and Written Communication Skills, Plant Knowledge and Attention to Detail.
• specialised on Auto CAD, Lumion, SketchUP, Photoshop
• creative, be able to work under pressure
• Good attitude and teamwork is a plus
• Be able to work outside BKK (at least once a month)
