Business Development Manager

Fresh Education, a prominent student recruitment agency with its headquarters in Singapore and operations in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. This dynamic role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and a keen understanding of international student recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in establishing and managing partnerships with schools worldwide.
Responsibilities:
-Establish Global School Partnerships: Identify and contact international schools globally to introduce Fresh Education's services. Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings to present our agency's offerings and value proposition.
-Serve as First Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison between Fresh Education and partner schools. Address their inquiries, provide necessary information, and maintain a strong professional relationship.
-Complete School Applications: Manage the application process with partner schools. Ensure that all required paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
-Student Liaison: Communicate with potential Indonesian students who have expressed interest in our services. Collect essential information from student registration forms sent from our operations in Jakarta, Indonesia.
-Student Application Facilitation: Assist students in their application process to selected schools, ensuring all necessary documents and requirements are met.
-Commissions Management: Keep track of commissions to be paid to our agency by partner schools. Ensure that all commission payments are processed accurately and promptly.
-Professional Representation: Present yourself in a professional and business-like manner, both in written and verbal communication, when interacting with schools, students, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
-Able to speak Thai as good as native
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Previous experience in international education, student recruitment, or a related field is a plus.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
-Proficiency in using communication tools such as Zoom and email.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
