Job Description

After receiving the PO from the customer, registering data in the system software, placing orders with suppliers, managing delivery dates, arranging the delivery, arranging to import and export, preparing BOI reports, preparing other related documents, management of receiving payments from customers and payment to the supplier. 

Respond to daily inquiries from customers by phone and email.

• Response to the inquiries from Customers and Supplier
• PO management (From Customer/ To Supplier)
• Making the report to BOI
• Delivery schedule management
• Check Quotation
• Delivery arrangement
• Stock management
• Issue Invoice
• Management of Expenses / Payment to Supplier & Customer
• English Communication - Be able to communicate and discuss with the customers and suppliers)   
• Computer Skill - Be able to correspondence by email and basic Microsoft office  *Business software will be train after joining the company   
• Communicate with other staff and able to work in a team
