atShopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Handle employee accident cases and coordinate submissions to the Social Security Office
- Coordinate with the Finance Team for medical expense claims and reimbursements.
- Manage stationery requests and distribution for employees
- Administer employee uniforms in line with company policy
- Support group insurance enrollment, claims, and benefit communication for employees
- Issue and manage employee and access cards
- Manage the end to end onboarding and offboarding pro
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any related field
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Strong communication and coordination skills with employees and external parties
- Detail-oriented, able to manage high volume documentation within SLA
- Service-minded, Team player
