About the Team:
The department's core functions include data analysis and reporting, using tools like SQL, Python, and Excel to provide clear, business-focused reports. They also focus on operational and process optimization, developing tools and automation to improve efficiency. Additionally, they perform ecosystem monitoring and optimization by proactively analyzing key areas like customer and seller performance to facilitate high-impact business changes.
By integrating these functions, the BI department ensures the organization operates with data-informed precision, leading to improved efficiency and sustained growth.
Job Description:
- Conduct analysis of internal and external data, utilizing SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Translate complex data analyses into accessible, business-focused reports to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
- Serve as a consultant to cross-functional teams, collaborating to identify business challenges and enhance analytical capabilities.
- Review and optimize data systems and processes to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel (Python is a plus)
- Fresh Graduate is preferred
- Fluency in English.
