Job Description:
Shopee’s Future Operations Leaders Program (FLP) is a 1.5-year program filled with on-the-job cross-functional experience and learning opportunities within the Operations of Shopee, the leading e-commerce company in Southeast Asia.
- 5-year program filled with on-the-job cross-functional experience and learning opportunities within the Operations of Shopee, the leading e-commerce company in Southeast Asia.
- Assignment and ownership of Operations business-critical targets (KPIs) and meaningful projects
- On-the-ground rotations in Warehouse, Sorting Center and Hubs across the country designed for future Operations leaders
- Dedicated Manager, Buddy and Mentor committed to help you succeed every step of the way
Rotation Opportunities
- Rotation 1 - Ground (3-mth) - Supervisor level
- Rotation 2 - Ground (3-mth) - Supervisor level
- Rotation 3 - Project (6-mth) - Project team level
- Rotation 4 - Ground (6-mth) - Manager level
What Is The Selection Process?
Shortlisted candidates will go through a rigorous selection process with our recruitment and management teams.
- Application: August 2025 – 18 October 2025
- Online Assessment: August – November
- Behavioural Interview: August – November
- Group Case Assessment: October – November
- Interview with Senior Leaders: November – December
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with no more than 2 years of full-time working experience in any industry (as at 18 October 2025)

- An analytical and solution-centered thinker
- An effective communicator who can lead a team and collaborate with peers and stakeholders
