2. ดูแล Booking จากสายเรือ / Agent และจัดทำ Booking Confirmation ให้กับลูกค้า
3. จัดทำเอกสาร B/L, ค่าใช้จ่าย, วางบิลลูกค้า
4. จัดทำเอกสารเพื่อเตรียมปล่อย D/O
5. จัดส่ง PRE-ALERT & Debit Note / Credit Note ให้ Agent ต่างประเทศ
6. งานด้านอื่น ๆ เกี่ยวกับงานส่งออก / นำเข้า
7. ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งใน และ นอกองค์กร
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
2. มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารที่ดี
3. มีไหวพริบในการทำงาน
4. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
5. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
6. มีพื้นฐานด้านภาษาอังกฤษปานกลาง
7. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีน ได้ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
