About the Team:
Job Description:
- Identify commercial growth opportunities by analyzing data and performance trends.
- Design campaign frameworks that align with business goals and targets.
- Develop data-backed hypotheses to improve campaign results and ROI.
- Create clear strategic blueprints and instructions for the campaign management team to follow.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to align on campaign plans and priorities.
- Set the standards for how data and logic are used to solve business problems.
- Oversee the commercial roadmap to ensure campaigns drive growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in e-commerce, commercial strategy, or business planning.
- Proven ability to lead business strategy and make commercial decisions.
- Proficiency in data tools like Excel or SQL to drive performance analysis.
- Strong ability to build frameworks and turn data into clear plans.
- Excellent communication skills to work with different departments and leadership.
- Strong experience using a hypothesis-driven approach to solve business challenges.
