About the Team:
Job Description:
- Perform quality check (QC) to recheck and ensure correctness of voucher settings upon request, including: Shopee Vouchers, Seller Vouchers,and Free shipping Vouchers.
- Work closely with business teams to recommend suitable voucher settings and propose alternative solutions based on business needs
- Generate and maintain assigned logistics shipping rules for use with free shipping vouchers
- Prepare and conduct reports related to customer service tickets (issues related to vouchers / promotions)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; fresh graduates are welcome
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good communication skill
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
- Adaptive and flexible to changing business needs
