atShopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Work with business units to enhance team performance and improve climate environment aligning with company's strategies and core values
- Support BUs by understanding business needs and providing day-to-day HR guidance
- Build a strong business relationship with the BUs
- Develop and shape programs to address business-specific needs covered risk concerns
- Manage complex and difficult employee-relation issues
- Ensure HR policies and practices are effectively communicated and followed.
- Be a team player of HR project designation namely talent development, organizational structure, succession plan
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in any fields
- 1-5 years of working experiences in HR Recruitment or subcontract management
- Excellent analytical skills, negotiating, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to independently lead operational team on-site, engage in discussions with various -internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in the warehouse industry is a plus
- Capable of working under pressure and a positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Able to work at Samut Sakhon area
