Job Description:Engage in dialogue with potential partners and identify business opportunitiesDevelop RFI/RFQ, solicit quotes, negotiate and onboard new vendorsAnalyze, compare, and recommend vendors based on contract terms and rate cardsDevelop and maintain the business relationships with 3PLs acting as primary point of contactTrack metrics, analyze vendor performance to identify irregularities and take proactive actionWork with 3PL vendors to track agreed improvement action plans and initiatives in order to meet performance targets and overall strategic goalsEnsure vendor service levels meet contractual targets and develop necessary countermeasures including defining penalties or developing action plansProactively develop forecasts for campaigns and contingency plans to manage crisesTroubleshoot 3PL logistics related issues and liaise with the technical team in resolving themSupport periodic negotiation of rates and contractsWork closely with all sub-divisions of Operations Teams for all operations related to LogisticsRequirements: Minimum 6 years experience in Logistics or Distribution or in a 3PLExperience in vendor performance or supplier quality is a plusHigh energy, self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environmentStrong analytical, critical thinking and excellent problem solving skillsGood knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (SQL is a plus)Results driven & customer focused attitudeExcellent communication skills in Thai and English Good command of written and spoken English is a plus
