Outbound and returns are where warehouse cost, speed and customer experience get decided. In this role you will improve how orders are picked, packed and shipped, and how returned goods are treated. You will take problems that are not yet well defined, turn them into a clear plan, and work with warehouse operations teams to put it in place and measure the results.

• Redesign pick, pack processes to fit order profiles and density, and quantify the productivity gain

• Improve warehouse layouts using ergonomic and lean principles to raise output and reduce operations fatigue

• Build models and run simulations to find constraints and test operations plans before high-demand periods

• Enhance returns processes to increase speed and customer satisfaction

• Present findings and recommendations to warehouse operations and management, track results after rollout and refine each solution based on data

• Problem solving: you can break an unclear operational problem into parts and reach a practical solution using data and logic

• Communication: you explain analysis clearly in writing and in person, and can bring operations teams and other functions to agree on a course of action. Written and spoken English for working with international teams

• Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to track and generate insights from performance metrics

• 1-5 years in warehouse, supply chain, logistics, operations excellence or a similar problem-solving role. Management consulting experience is highly preferred
