Job Description:Developing reports, dashboards, analysis and some automations (will be generally with SQL, PYTHON, EXCEL, in-House tools)Assisting the various business units (generally in BD, Commercial and Makreting) as a discussion partner to plan, strategize, and grow Shopee's business by enabling data-driven decision-makingServing as in-consultant who simplifies complex terminologies into more understandable insights to our internal clientsProducing actionable insights that will be used to support or devise new strategiesRequirements:Fresh Graduate master's or bachelor degree in quantitative fields or a relevant field (e.g. Computer Sci) of study or up to 2 years experienceExperience working with one or more language for querying (e.g. SQL, PYTHON) >> Excel is a plusExperience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisionsAbility to make inferences from data and devise appropriate course of actionsTime managment to deliver deadlinesSatifactory understanding in EnglishComfortable working with large data sets and numbersSelf-starter with can-do attitude
