Job Description:
- Develop insights, strategy, and initiatives for SPX Operations Team to solve problems from supply chain planning and optimization, human resources, cost optimization, and more
- Identify potential improvement factors and build up initiatives for SPX E2E Operation SLA and lead the initiatives cross-function to see results
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to update and review initiative outcomes and performance
Requirements:
- 1~3 years of experience working in project management, strategic planning, or business development in a high dynamic environment.
- Extremely comfortable with manipulating, analyzing, and modeling a vast amount of data using advanced SQL skills, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio.
- Experience building data models and/or predictive models used in a business production environment.
- English proficiency (professional to native is strictly required.
