หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
1.วิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาทางบัญชีและการเงินให้สอดรับกับระบบอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
2.ทำงานร่วมกับทีมบัญชีและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องเพื่อรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางธุรกิจ
3.ออกแบบและจัดทำเอกสาร System Requirements และ Functional Specifications
4.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลบัญชี เช่น Bank Reconciliation, Receipt/Tax Invoice, Rebate, Redemption Rate
5.ทดสอบระบบ (UAT) และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาในระบบ ERP หรือ Accounting Software เช่น SAP, Odoo
6.สื่อสารกับทีมพัฒนา (Dev) เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและปรับปรุงระบบบัญชีให้ตรงตามความต้องการ
7. มีความรู้ERP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
คุณสมบัติ:
- วุฒิการศึกษา ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป สาขา วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, ไอที, คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ป.ตรี บัญชี (ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ Business analyst accounting จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีประสบการณ์ Business analyst
- มีใจบริการ และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์การ Support ERP มาก่อน จะได้รับพิจารณาพิเศษ
