Job Description:
- Driving AI Strategy & Adoption: Proactively identify potential AI use cases across all Shopee TH functions, from the smallest use cases to high-impact AI initiatives - track, monitor, and drive the progress of AI solution implementation through coaching, knowledge sharing, and facilitation with other technical teams
Leading AI development and implementation: Collaborate closely with Data Science, BI Solution, and other technical teams to design, pilot, and oversee the implementation of AI solutions
Fostering an AI-first culture: Act as the primary liaison and champion for AI adoption, working with "AI Champions" across departments to empower teams, identify AI gap, and build a strong network that champions AI integration and adoption throughout the organization
Requirements:
- Ability to understand complex operational challenges, perform root cause analysis, and think analytically to devise practical solutions. Experience in process improvement or business analysis
- Keen interest eagerness to learn about AI technologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, drive initiatives from concept to completion, and collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate difficult ideas and concepts to stakeholders
