We are looking for an innovative and technology-driven HR professional to join our HR team as an HR Technology & AI Innovation. This role is responsible for driving HR innovation by leveraging AI and digital technologies to improve employee experience and HR operational efficiency.

You will play a key role in transforming HR ideas into practical AI-powered solutions while ensuring the effective governance and operation of HR technology platforms. Acting as a bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, you will help shape the future of digital HR.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Lab & AI Innovation Delivery

· Agent Prototype & Workflow Delivery: Deliver 2–3 working HR Lab solutions, including workflow automation and AI agents embedded into HR processes

· Capability Enablement: Conduct structured knowledge transfer sessions enabling HR teams to independently use, adapt, and scale solutions

HR IT Operations

· Asset Onboarding & Tracking: Ensure seamless employee onboarding by managing device provisioning and maintaining an accurate, auditable inventory of HR-managed assets

· Access Governance & Control: Maintain updated user access lists with periodic validation aligned to role-based access and policy requirements (including administration of HR Tech solutions such as SharePoint, Chatbots)

HR Tech Risk, Governance & Assessments

· Risk Identification & Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve access risks (e.g., excessive access, dormant accounts) through structured review cycles

· Audit & Assessment Readiness: Prepare complete documentation, evidence, and control records to support IT audits, risk reviews, and third-party assessments

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in HR technology, HR digital transformation, data analytics or related roles.

· Experience with workflow automation, AI tools, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, SharePoint, or low-code/no-code platforms is an advantage.

· Knowledge of HR processes and HR systems is preferred.

· Familiarity with access management, IT governance, and audit requirements.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and business functions.
