Sales Coordinator - Customer Success Team 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer requests in a friendly, empathic and effective manner
  • Manage and execute projects and administrative tasks, fast, reliable, and with attention to detail
  • Successfully and independently with little guidance coordinate and complete projects involving internal team members and external counterparts (suppliers, partners, customers)

Qualifications

  •  Open to hire fresh graduates with outstanding GPA and work experience in customer
     service and hospitality
  •  Ideal candidates bring industry experience as a (sales) admin with a leading real
     estate agent in Bangkok 
  •  At least Bachelor’s degree 
  •  Must have excellent written and spoken English and Thai skills
  •  High attention to detail, well-organized, coachable, talkative, motivative, adaptive,   growth mindset, a sense of urgency, and a drive to get things done

Sales Coordinator - Landlord Consultant Team 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Research, verify and complete property listing information to ensure we have the best and the most attractive rental and sales properties portfolio in Thailand
  • Communicate with landlords by phone, chat, email and in-person to complete and update listing information and support owners in marketing their properties by PropertyScout
  • Negotiate with landlords to ensure that we market their properties at the best market value
  • Research and summarize data (e.g. market prices, listing marketing performances, market trends etc.)

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal,  communication and organizing skills
  • Very good written and spoken English and Thai skills, Chinese is a plus
  • High attention to detail, well organized, with a sense of urgency and a drive to get things done
  • Previous work experience in real estate, in hospitality, or in sales is advantageous

Sales Coordinator - Co-Broke Partners Team

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and successfully acquire cobroker partners to join forces with PropertyScout in building the best and the most attractive residential properties portfolio in Thailand
  • Communicate with cobroker partners by phone, chat, email and in-person to build a successful business partnership, ensure that we work together effectively and to drive satisfaction and retention of our preferred partners
  • Analyze the performance of cobroker partners and properties marketed to advise our partners to maximize marketing success in renting or selling out properties fast

Qualifications

  • Open to hire young professionals with at least 1 year of work experience in real estate industry such as customer service, sales, admin after having successfully completed a bachelor or master degree 
  • Ideal candidates bring industry experience with a well known real estate agency in Bangkok 
  • Must have excellent written and spoken English and Thai skills
  • High attention to detail, well-organized, coachable, adaptive, think outside the box, growth mindset, a sense of urgency and a drive to get things done
