1) Position: Partnership Associate - Partner Acquisition
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contacting co-brokers or potential partners to acquire their asset (listings)
- Managing and updating property listing information on different databases and marketing channels to ensure accuracy of properties and best marketing results
- Performing other functions as may be assigned by the Direct Manager from time to time.
Qualifications
- Open to hire fresh graduates with outstanding GPA and work experience in customer service and hospitality
- At least Bachelor’s degree
- Must have excellent written and spoken Thai and basic English skills
- High attention to detail, well-organized, coachable, talkative, motivative, adaptive, growth mindset, a sense of urgency, and a drive to get things done
2) Position: Partnership Associate - Partner Relationship Management
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintaining and enhancing relationships with partners /co brokers.
- Participating in setting cobroker relationship management (CBRM) strategies with superiors
- Performing other functions as may be assigned by the Direct Manager from time to time.
Qualifications
- Open to hire fresh graduates with outstanding GPA and work experience in customer service and hospitality
- At least Bachelor’s degree
- Must have excellent written and spoken Thai and basic English skills
- High attention to detail, well-organized, coachable, talkative, motivative, adaptive, growth mindset, a sense of urgency, and a drive to get things done
