Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a growth strategy focused both on financial gain (ROI positive buyer/tenant and owner leads) and partner satisfaction
• Manage a team of currently 7 FTEs and 10 freelance writers across digital marketing (content/SEO, performance, database, social/influencer, affiliate/partnership, etc.) and offline marketing
• Grow the team to enable PropertyScout to become the dominant platform in South East Asia
• Work with cross-functional partners to develop and implement business strategies that address the needs of our users and meet our business goals
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
• Set, monitor, and report on Marketing team goals
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (such as events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
• Participate in company monthly meeting and annual planning of company objectives

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in multi-scale digital marketing and at least 7 years of team management experience
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing with technical skills is desirable
• Must have experience in digital marketing in a agency, FMCG or Marketplace
• Having previous work experience as Head of Marketing or VP of Marketing in multinational company is a plus
• Proven track record of successfully managing a marketing team developing campaigns from idea through execution to reporting
• High competency in project management and stakeholder engagement
• Experienced in running performance marketing campaigns across the region or in a regional company
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and analytical mind
• Must have excellent written and spoken English and Thai skills
• High attention to detail, well organized, with a sense of urgency and a drive to get things done
