Junior Sales Representative in Proptech startup
atProperty FlowProperty Flow is a Bangkok based Proptech startup providing a technology platform for real-estate professionals.
Property Flow provides a wide range of sales and marketing services for agents, brokers and developers, helping them to digitize their offline processes to improve efficiency.
Some of the tools provided include online listing management, mobile workflows, CRM, real-estate websites, and B2B Marketplace connecting agents and developers globally.
Property Flow office is co-located and a portfolio company of 7 Peaks Software centrally in Bangkok, next to both BTS Nana and BTS Asoke, with a total mixed team of ~50 people.
The company has received seed funding by international Venture Capital as well generating revenue.

Sales representative
Property Flow is looking for an energetic and experienced sales representative to come join our startup and sales and customer success team.
The Sales representative will join our sales team, and work on converting leads to paid clients as well as take part of prospecting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow up and convert leads.
Prospecting, reach out to potential new customers.
Assist in producing sales material online and offline.
Take part of performing demos and training for existing and future clients.
Take part of internal Meetups in our office
Work towards well defined KPIs and targets for sale performance.
Take part of sales events and client meetings.
Outreach sales
Manage your leads efficiently using CRM (Pipedrive)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree or higher.
Excellent command of both English and Thai.
Proven experience working with B2B Sales
Experience defining and executing sales strategies.
Great if you also bring along
Experience working with software as a service ( SaaS)
Experience working real-estate industry ( Real-estate agent or similar )
