Talent Aquisition Specialist

We are now looking to add a Recruitment and Human Resources specialist to our ranks to assist in finding and vetting qualified candidates, creating a talent acquisition strategy as well as keeping our existing tribe happy.

You will join a tight-knit team of talented marketers where the sky’s the limit. You will have the opportunity to shape the Human Resources processes as well as taking on new areas of culture and growth. Throughout your time you will be working closely with management and given a high level of autonomy to perform in your role.

pushing Thailand’s leading independent digital agency to the next stage.

Your Role:

• Managing the recruitment and selection process
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nuture a positive working environment
• Organise and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Ensure legal compliance through human resource management
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metric

Who You Are:

• 2+ years experience in a HR related role in the digital field
• Proficient with Linkedin Recruiter and various outbound acquisition strategies
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Work well in a start-up and fast-moving environment
• Billingual Thai and English, you will be hiring for an international working environment
