Our team actively recruits for full time employees at all levels, from experienced to executive, as well as fixed term, contingent, and flexible talent and supports the internal movement process between roles.
Essential Day to Day Responsibilities
- This role is to support our Digital Transformation (Digital & Technology & Cyber Security, Management Consultancy) full-cycle recruiting process and collaborate in talents search.
- Job scopes including the complete aspects of Campus Recruitment activities in leading universities and In-House Recruitment Day.
- The recruiters will be searching qualified candidates, conducting the phone-screenings, the face-to-face interviews, providing feedback to the candidates, providing the offers to the successful candidates.
- The recruiter will also be responsible to build and maintain talent pipelines, and regularly refresh / update the talent lists.
- The recruiter will be responsible for generating interview feedback and regular recruitment reports and other recruitment administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Degree in any field with a Strong Passion in Talent Hunting. A Go-Getter mindset.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience of Digital Transformation Recruitment and Selection. Preferably experiences in Executive Search (Headhunting) firms or a strong Corporate recruitment in Technology & Digital & Cyber Security.
- Familiar with working under pressure and tight deadline.
- Able to communicate well.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English with computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint)
- Target & Achievement Oriented.
