Job Description & Summary
Our Market Intelligence team is responsible for selling solutions and targeted insights to practice areas based on market needs. As part of our team, you'll help with developing consumer intelligence reports based on market research, data analytics and social media.
Your role
We're looking for a commercial and collaborative marketing professional who will work closely with our partners and across teams within our business. You'll develop and execute campaigns in line with Brand, Clients and Markets goals and our business strategy that enhance our brand and generate leads.
Key responsibilities
Manage the firm's priority accounts and industry programmes designed to raise awareness among SMEs and the public and keep them updated with the latest industry knowledge.
Lead and execute the Client Feedback Survey project, including conducting the survey for all lines of service (LoS) and producing firmwide as well as individual reports.
Oversee the production of monthly internal webcasts that help our people better understand what services each LoS offers and encourage teamwork across functional and company boundaries.
Oversee the production of internal podcasts that spread the word about what our people do so we can learn from their successes. The podcasts are also intended to equip our staff with conversation, presentation and decision-making skills.
Lead the development of our client contact database. This includes working with relevant parties to obtain consent from clients and importing the contacts into Salesforce.
Implement and embed the Pursuit programme for our professionals.
Host the Partners' Dinner, seminars and the Collaboration Club.
Assist the Japanese Business Development (JBD) team by attending its monthly marketing meeting and taking minutes.
Work as part of the broader PwC marketing community to identify opportunities to work together and to draw on the network for development and delivery support while ensuring that quality and brand standards are upheld.
Skills and qualifications required
Recognised degree in business, mass communications, marketing or other related fields
At least five years of progressive experience in a marketing and communications capacity
A proven track record of delivering on a broad mix of strategic marketing activities
Must be able to develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns across a variety of industries or audiences to drive interest in service purchases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail
Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Keen interest in business
Must be able to work independently and also as part of a team
Must be outgoing and comfortable working with and meeting new people
